「鶴岡の枝豆文化を学ぶ」イベントを開催します（7/22）
8月9日開催予定の「枝豆フェスティバル」に向けたプレイベントとして、枝豆の文化を学ぶ講義を開催します。
当日は、山形県在来作物の専門家である江頭宏昌教授が、鶴岡の枝豆文化について講演を行います。地域に根付いた枝豆の魅力や歴史を知ることができる貴重な機会ですので、ぜひご参加ください。
また、講義終了後には、8月9日に開催する枝豆フェスティバルで提供する枝豆料理のレシピについて、参加者の皆さまとともに検討します。
Professor Hiroaki EGASHIRA, a specialist in Yamagata Prefecture’s traditional crops, will give a lecture on Tsuruoka’s unique edamame culture.
Following the lecture, participants will work together to develop edamame recipes that may be served at the Edamame Festival on August 9.
