About Fruits Omics Database
Fruites Omics Database is a freely available transcriptome, proteome, and
metabolome database that collected the data measured from the
sarcocarp of Rosaceas fruits trees, such as European pears, Nashi pears, apples,
and cherries. In addition, we also provide data that have been processed in a
format that can be used PCA and Pathway map, it becomes easy to conduct various
analyses.
