In an era of globalization universities should be at the forefront of exchanging ideas, knowledge and culture. Students should be able to adapt to globalization. At the same time, internationalization has to contribute to education, research and cultural understading while increasing the 'visibility' of universities. At the University level we should create an environment that provides students with the tools needed for self-development and their contribution to society .
