The International Symposium of Temperate and Tropical Agriculture and Forestry in Asia, jointly organized by Hainan University and Yamagata University, brings together researchers working on sustainable agricultural and forest systems across Asia.
The symposium covers a broad range of topics, including UAV and satellite remote sensing, deep learning applications, forest health and disturbance monitoring, crop yield and quality assessment, soil and microbial processes, plant protection, and landscape-based land-use analysis. Contributions integrate temperate and tropical perspectives and combine advanced sensing technologies with ecological, biological, and agronomic approaches. The event aims to strengthen international collaboration and foster exchange between early-career researchers and senior scientists, addressing current challenges in resilient agriculture and forestry under environmental change.| Date | Activity | Accommodation |
